Accu-rate Home Inspections is dedicated to improving our inspection services whenever possible and one technique we use is thermal imaging. Available on all our St Petersburg inspection services, this process measures the amount of heat being released in various locations of the property. Non-intrusive and completely safe, thermal imaging has many benefits.
The most obvious benefit of thermal imaging in St Petersburg is the ability to see heat losses from older, ill-fitting, or improperly-installed doors and windows. For many properties, making small changes to the doors and windows can make a major difference on monthly utility bills as well as make the property more comfortable during the hotter and colder parts of the year.
In addition to heat loss, Accu-rate Home Inspections thermal imaging can also detect several other problems as well. Missing insulation, electrical malfunctions, blockages in plumbing pipes, roof issues, and even some water leaks can be identified. Through these discoveries, we’ve helped countless St Petersburg property owners make informed buying or selling decisions.
