History
Like father , like son , my dad was an successful architect in El Salvador Central America. He established a 45 yrs construction firm and built several homes for low income housing and commercial projects. I got my Architecture degree from University of Tennessee in 1980. Started building houses in Knoxville as soon I got out of U.T. . Move back to help my dad in El Salvador and continue my experience as construction project manager. In the late 80's move back to Florida obtained my General Contractor license and started building houses and was a project manager in a golf residential community "Eastpoint" in West Palm beach, Fl. In the 80's became a proud citizen of this great nation. During the mid 90's went back to El Salvador and continue building in the family group construction company. In 2008 back in the USA decided to educate in the home inspection field and took a course in Kaplan school and establish Accu-rate home inspections. Ever since then I have been inspecting several homes and worked with many different customers and discovered many hidden issues as houses aged. I love this field and happy to inspect every opportunity I get.
Education, experience , customer service and responsibility are the elements that have contribute to my success in my years in the field.
Norman's family is passionate for the outdoor activities , loves to play with the doodles every day we can. I found a beagle pup that helps an inspector in Fl. to detect hidden termites in houses. Perhaps one day I could train Yogi and Aussie to do the same lol.
